Davis Multi Family is operated by Matt Davis, a fourth generation Texan, who was raised in Dallas, Texas.  

 
Mr. Davis studied Finance at Texas A&M University where he started his real estate career in Houston Texas with Colliers International. After graduating from Texas A&M, Mr. Davis worked as a Multi Family Investment Sales Broker with Marcus & Millichap specializing in the Texas Market. At Marcus & Millichap he obtained numerous sales awards and was part of many transactions.  
After eight years at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Davis moved to New York City where he continued his career in Investment Real Estate specializing in Investment sales Brokerage and Debt Brokerage.  
After participating as a passive investor in numerous syndications, in 2018, Mr. Davis put together a syndication to purchase the Village East Apartments in Wylie Texas, and the Shadow Ridge Apartments in Allen Texas. 

Currently Mr. Davis is using his expertise to source new opportunities like Shadow Ridge and Village East.
